The VFMA Board meets once a month most months of the year. 
It's where we discuss and vote on budgets, plans, events, problems ... pretty much everything.
All VFMA members can indeed attend. We ask that you contact us ahead of time at ContactVFMA@gmail.com we can leave time on the agenda for you. We will endeavor to post the Agendas and Minutes here so everyone can see what's going on. Thanks.
