THE SUN BOWL PAVILION IS UP!
THE NEW PAVILION ON VALLEY FORGE MOUNTAIN IS NOW OPEN
After many years of fundraising, planning, organizing, sweat and tears ... the new Pavilion at the Sun Bowl is now open. It's there for use of the members of the Valley Forge Mountain neighborhood and operated by the Valley Forge Mountain Association.
This pavilion was constructed solely with the donations, time and personal efforts of the neighbors of Valley Forge Mountain. It’s available, unless reserved, for impromptu gatherings on a first-come first-served basis. To reserve the pavilion, send an email to ContactVFMA@gmail.com and your date will be placed on the neighborhood calendar visible at vfmountain.org. The request must come from a Valley Forge Mountain Association member. For larger and lengthier events, we may ask for a usage donation. That will be communicated at the time of the request. Official rules on using the Pavilion with regards to pets, parking, cooking etc. are contained in the official rules you can access by clicking below. Please enjoy this wonderful space ... be considerate of the neighbors nearby ... and do what you can to maintain it for the friends who will use it after you. Thanks to all who made this space possible. Enjoy it in the spirit of the Mountain.
