A big round of thanks to everyone who donated food and supplies to our Big Bag of Help Food Drive to help stock the food bank at PACS in Phoenixville. Food was collected from 45 families on and around the Mountain on December 20. It was then delivered to PACS on December 22. Now for the good news …

 

We collected nearly 1,200 pounds of food and supplies. PACS tells us this helped 371 families over the holiday season.

 

So we say thanks to all who donated. We hope this will become and annual thing as we collectively reach out to those less fortunate. I’d also like to thank the merry band of elves who scurried around the mountain grabbing the goods: Blair Pink, Marcie Langerhans, Randy Gurak, JR Abbott and John Callaway. Thanks for giving up a little of your holiday time so others could have a better holiday time.
